As Executive Producer, you’ll lead a talented team responsible for delivering industry‑defining brand campaigns across multiple touchpoints. You’ll help turn ambitious concepts into impactful, world‑class work that builds brand love and moves the business forward. This role is for a natural leader who thrives on developing people, shaping culture and driving creative excellence. This position is a 12-month fixed‑term contract.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Leading end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale brand campaigns, from concept through to final output.
- Partnering with Brand Leadership to translate vision into effective production strategies and outputs.
- Setting the operational tone for the team, championing best practice, clarity and accountability.
- Resourcing projects by assigning the right producers and partners based on skillset and complexity.
- Collaborating cross‑functionally to align creative, marketing and production approaches.
- Owning vendor relationships, negotiations and production partner performance.
- Managing relationships with external vendors, freelancers and production partners.
- Guiding teams through high‑pressure moments with a solutions‑focused, calm and decisive approach.
- Overseeing award entries and case studies to showcase the team’s creative impact internally and externally.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Proven experience as a Senior Producer or Executive Producer within fashion, lifestyle or creative agency environments.
- A strong track record delivering large‑scale productions, both independently and with external agencies.
- Demonstrated experience managing producers, including development plans and performance improvement.
- Deep understanding of brand storytelling and integrated campaign development.
- Expert knowledge of production budgeting, scheduling, workflows and vendor management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Experience working across post‑production and technical delivery requirements.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Wrike, Monday or LetsFlo.
- A passion for fashion, culture and design, with instinct for nurturing creative talent.
This position requires a minimum of 3‑days onsite at our Solihull HQ.
