We’re looking for a Performance Creative Strategist who lives at the intersection of paid media, psychology, and creative testing — someone who can turn insights into ads that convert at scale.
Responsibilities
- Own the creative strategy behind our paid media (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Develop winning ad concepts, hooks, and angles based on customer psychology and data
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and UGC creators to produce high‑performing assets
- Build and manage a creative testing framework (iterations, hypotheses, learnings)
- Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, retention) and translate insights into new creative
- Research competitors, trends, and platforms to keep GymProLuxe ahead of the curve
- Document learnings and create repeatable systems for creative scale
- Be obsessed with testing, learning, and iterating fast
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years experience in performance creative strategy for DTC or e‑commerce brands
- Proven track record of scaling ads through creative testing, not just media buying
- Deep understanding of Meta creative best practices
- Strong grasp of consumer psychology, hooks, storytelling, and direct‑response frameworks
- Comfortable working with data dashboards and creative analytics
- Clear communicator who can align creative vision with performance goals
