We are seeking a reliable, hands-on individual to support all aspects of our manufacturing process. This is a varied and practical role working across product finishing, quality control, production support, and dispatch. You will play a key part in ensuring our products are finished correctly, checked thoroughly, and prepared to leave the facility to the highest standard. This position would suit someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in detail, and values doing things properly.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight and operation of the vibro finishing machine used in the product finishing process
- Minor product finishing, including deburring, surface preparation, and final hand checks
- Conducting quality control inspections to ensure products meet required specifications
- Identifying and reporting any defects or inconsistencies
- Assisting with packaging, labelling, and dispatch preparation
- Supporting wider manufacturing processes as required
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Handling materials and finished goods responsibly
