We are hiring a SMB Partnerships Sales Representative to our Partners Sales team in London! Are you passionate about health, fitness, and wellness? Do you have experience in the health and fitness sector? Join a team of like-minded individuals and help us make every company a wellness company. We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Partner Sales Representative to join our UK & Ireland Partnerships team in London, focusing on growing our partner portfolio and driving overall growth.
YOUR IMPACT
- Research, identify, and tenaciously target new opportunities via various forms and channels of communication.
- Prospect from initial contact to partnership agreement and network launch.
- Develop creative and innovative ways to connect with potential fitness partners.
- Maintain a high volume of activity, including cold calls, emails, and social media through various outreach tools.
- Provide consistent follow-up through different stages of the sales cycle using provided tech tools.
- Be accountable for consistently reaching and exceeding your daily KPI metrics, as well as your monthly sales quota.
- Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable.
- Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.
WHO YOU ARE
- Must reside in London with availability to go to the office at least twice a week.
- Previous experience with outreach (BDR/SDR background, cold calling, or prospecting).
- Outgoing and enthusiastic conversationalist with strong phone presence and perseverance comfortable with cold calling as well as multiple other communication touchpoints.
- Ability to work a high volume of leads in a fast paced environment.
- Experience managing expectations and overcoming objections with leads and stakeholders.
- Positive attitude that thrives in a team setting while also owning your accountability for individual motivation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to demonstrate an organized workflow and funnel management experience.
- Knowledge of SaaS sales or Wellness Management Software is a plus.
