The Role
You’ll be responsible for coaching group classes; CrossFit and DELT. You’ll create a high-energy, inclusive and results-focused experience, while building strong relationships with members. You’ll also support the operational running of the gym and help build our wider community. You report to the Gym Lead and work closely with the rest of the coaching team.

Key Responsibilities
- Coaching & Community
- Deliver group classes to the Gymnasium standard—focused, fun, professional.
- Build trust and rapport with members; be a friendly, visible presence in and out of class.
- Keep your qualifications sharp and your coaching sharper—ongoing learning is part of the gig.
- Help run in-gym events and support competitions, seminars, and socials.
- Member Experience & Retention
- Champion the best possible hour in the gym.
- Keep an eye on NPS, retention, and community vibe—and act on feedback.
- Operations & Admin
- Maintain gym cleanliness and equipment standards (cleaning schedule, repairs, servicing).
- Follow all H&S protocols and flag issues promptly.
What You Need
Must-Haves
- At least 2 years of group coaching experience
- CrossFit Level 1 or 2
- Based in London (within 30 mins of a Gymnasium site)
- Available to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays
- First Aid & CPR certified
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a professional attitude, and solid attention to detail
- Comfortable with basic digital tools (email, scheduling, booking platforms)
Nice-to-Haves
- CrossFit Level 3 or other advanced certifications
- Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative—you like improving things, not waiting for instructions
- Comfortable helping on sales consults, member check-ins, or socials
