Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Design and Fit-Out Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an interest in interior design, project management, and a passion for creating innovative and efficient spaces. This role involves overseeing the design and installation of lockers and changing rooms for health clubs, hotels, sports facilities and golf clubs, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative design concepts for lockers and changing rooms in health clubs in partnership with our team of architects and designers based in Italy.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing customized design solutions.
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for fit-out projects.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the fit-out process, from initial design to final installation.
- Source and select appropriate materials, fixtures, and finishes that meet quality and budget requirements.
- Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and on-budget project completion.
- Occasionally conduct site visits to oversee installation and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
- Account management with our suppliers to ensure cohesive relationship and good communication is maintained.
About you:
- You will need to be well organised, with excellent attention to detail and able to work to strict deadlines and thrive under pressure.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
- An interest in interiors, interior design, and leisure would be an advantage.
- A positive outlook, and can do attitude is essential.
