Ready to lead, inspire, and make a real impact? We’re looking for an ambitious Head Coach to drive our gymnastics, ninja, and pre-school programmes while developing a high-performing coaching team. You’ll be the heartbeat of the gym floor—delivering outstanding sessions, mentoring coaches, and creating an exceptional experience for every child and parent.
Venue: Windsor Girls School Community Club
Hours: 15 hours per week. Evening Availability Required Wednesday and Friday and Sunday Morning.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of coaches
- Deliver high-quality sessions and set the standard on the gym floor
- Manage timetables, staffing, and programme delivery
- Be the go-to person for parents and members
- Oversee coach development, audits, and training
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance and equipment checks
- Support membership growth through events and community outreach
What We’re Looking For:
- BG/UK Level 2 or GK Advanced Coach
- Experience in gymnastics, parkour, or similar
- A natural leader who motivates and develops others
- Confident communicator with strong customer focus
- Proactive, organised, and adaptable
