What You’ll Be Doing
As Lead Coach, you’ll be the energy and support behind our coaching team — a hands-on mentor, motivator, and role model. Your role will be split between delivering amazing sessions and supporting the growth and development of your fellow coaches.
- Lead by example in the delivery of fun, safe, high-energy gymnastics and Ninja classes.
- Mentor and support coaching team members, helping them build confidence and improve session quality.
- Provide training and development guidance to new and existing coaches.
