Head Coach to drive our gymnastics, ninja, and pre-school programmes while developing a high-performing coaching team.

You'll be the heartbeat of the gym floor - delivering outstanding sessions, mentoring coaches, and creating an exceptional experience for every child and parent.

Venue - Kirkby High School

Safeguarding Requirement: Due to the safeguarding responsibilities of this position, applicants must be 18 years of age or older .

What You'll Do

  • Lead, train, and inspire a team of coaches
  • Deliver high-quality sessions and set the standard on the gym floor
  • Manage timetables, staffing, and programme delivery
  • Be the go-to person for parents and members
  • Oversee coach development, audits, and training
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance and equipment checks
  • Support membership growth through events and community outreach

What We're Looking For

  • BG/UK Level 2 or Gymfinity Kids Advanced Coach
  • Experience in gymnastics, parkour, or similar
  • A natural leader who motivates and develops others
  • Confident communicator with strong customer focus
  • Proactive, organised, and adaptable
