Job Type: Employed Part-time and flexible hours
Responsibilities:
- Lead fun, safe, and engaging gymnastics and Ninja sessions for children
- Plan and deliver activities that help children develop skills and confidence
- Communicate professionally and positively with parents, teachers, and team members
- Support team development and identify training needs
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for children and families
- Contribute to team meetings and share ideas to improve our programme
- Be a positive role model and ambassador for Gymfinity Kids
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 2 (or above) in coaching or willingness to train through our in-house programme
- Experience in sports or coaching (gymnastics background preferred but not essential)
- Confidence working with children in group settings
- Friendly, motivated, and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Desire to grow and develop within the company
