Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing:
- Plan and deliver fun, safe, and challenging Ninja and Parkour sessions that help children learn new skills and grow in confidence.
- Design obstacle course-style activities that support agility, balance, strength, and coordination.
- Be a positive and energetic role model who makes every session exciting and engaging.
- Work closely with parents and carers to share progress and create a welcoming community.
- Collaborate with your team to improve session delivery and structure.
- Identify training opportunities for yourself and your fellow coaches.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility.
- Contribute ideas and energy to team meetings and club development.
- Help build an inclusive, upbeat, and collaborative team culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous coaching experience (ideally with children or in sports like parkour, Ninja, gymnastics, martial arts, freerunning, or fitness training).
- Energetic, outgoing personality with the ability to lead groups with confidence.
- A genuine passion for working with kids and helping them grow.
- Comfortable speaking with parents and building positive relationships.
- Team-player mindset with a desire to learn, develop, and have fun while doing it.
- Flexible availability – especially evenings and weekends.
Preferred (but not essential):
- Qualifications in sports coaching, gymnastics, parkour, or similar disciplines.
- Experience designing or delivering structured obstacle-based training.
