At Gymfinity Kids, we're growing fast - and we're looking for experienced, driven, and passionate Lead Coaches to grow with us!, As Lead Coach, you'll be the energy and support behind our coaching team - a hands-on mentor, motivator, and role model.
Your role will be split between delivering amazing sessions and supporting the growth and development of your fellow coaches.,
- Lead by example in the delivery of fun, safe, high-energy gymnastics and Ninja classes
- Mentor and support coaching team members, helping them build confidence and improve session quality
- Provide training and development guidance to new and existing coaches
- Support the Programme Manager with daily operations, staffing, and cover planning
- Organise daily coaching responsibilities and ensure team coverage
- Ensure all coaches work within their approved skill remit and follow Health & Safety guidelines
- Support team meetings, safety checks, and feedback reviews
- Handle parent/member queries and feedback with professionalism and positivity
- Contribute to achieving club goals, including member growth and retention
- Support with opening and closing duties as required
- Help create a supportive, inclusive, and enjoyable club culture for both team and members

- Proven coaching experience (preferably in gymnastics, parkour, or Ninja-style training)
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience in a coaching environment
- Confident leading a team and developing others
- High energy, self-motivated, and passionate about children's development
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive, solutions-focused mindset
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Must be 18 or Over
