Responsibilities

  • Be an ambassador for our policies and procedures in line with the colleague handbook and safety standards.
  • Participate in planning and development of Gymnastics and Ninja activities to help customers reach their goals.
  • Communicate with parents and customers professionally and friendly.
  • Work as part of a team, providing guidance and support to all teammates.
  • Identify training needs and development opportunities for yourself and the team.
  • Serve as a role model for customer service at all times to members and prospects.
  • Maintain cleanliness of facilities for a great customer experience.
  • Participate and contribute to regular staff meetings.
  • Create an environment where colleagues enjoy working and contribute to club success.
  • Undertake other reasonable duties and attend meetings as required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in coaching, including qualifications.
  • Knowledge or experience with gymnastics or parkour (preferred but not essential).
  • Self‑motivation and ability to motivate others.
  • Passion for working with and developing children.
  • Confidence leading small and large groups.
  • Confidence liaising with parents and members.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Desire to learn and develop within the role.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
