Responsibilities
- Be an ambassador for our policies and procedures in line with the colleague handbook and safety standards.
- Participate in planning and development of Gymnastics and Ninja activities to help customers reach their goals.
- Communicate with parents and customers professionally and friendly.
- Work as part of a team, providing guidance and support to all teammates.
- Identify training needs and development opportunities for yourself and the team.
- Serve as a role model for customer service at all times to members and prospects.
- Maintain cleanliness of facilities for a great customer experience.
- Participate and contribute to regular staff meetings.
- Create an environment where colleagues enjoy working and contribute to club success.
- Undertake other reasonable duties and attend meetings as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in coaching, including qualifications.
- Knowledge or experience with gymnastics or parkour (preferred but not essential).
- Self‑motivation and ability to motivate others.
- Passion for working with and developing children.
- Confidence leading small and large groups.
- Confidence liaising with parents and members.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Desire to learn and develop within the role.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
