This is a full-time on-site role located in Greater London. The role involves designing and developing wellness spaces, including gyms and spas. The Architect will lead architectural design, manage projects from concept to completion, and ensure smooth integration of specialised equipment and technology. Duties include collaboration with clients, creating innovative and functional designs, and ensuring high-quality execution of construction projects. This is a client-facing role.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience creating functional and innovative wellness spaces.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of Software Development and Integration as they pertain to the design and implementation of equipment and technology in wellness environments.
