The role
- Own project design from concept to technical handover
- Produce high-quality 3D visuals
- Create construction-ready technical drawings for the build team
- Work directly with clients and architects on design and feasibility
- Maintain the standard across every drawing, deck and detail
Requirements
- Strong 3D visualisation — this is central to the role
- Solid understanding of construction: materials, buildability, sequencing, tolerances
- Able to produce accurate technical drawings independently
- A portfolio demonstrating strong design sensibility
