Gym Craft designs and builds commercial and residential wellness spaces: gyms, saunas, steam rooms, ice baths and full spa environments, for high-end residential and commercial clients.

The detailing matters as much as the concept, and we're looking for a designer who can carry a space from idea to install.

The role

You'll take briefs from concept through to client-facing visuals and production drawings.

That means designing the space, modelling and rendering it to a standard our clients expect, and producing the 2D drawings our team and subcontractors build from.

You'll work closely with the founders and directly with clients, so you'll need judgement as well as technical skill.

  • You'll be good at
  • Spatial and material design for premium interiors
  • Very strong 3D modelling and rendering (Sketch Up or Revit, plus Enscape / V-Ray / Twinmotion)
  • 2D production drawings in Auto CAD, including technical detailing for fabrication and install
  • Working to a high finish standard and holding it under deadline
  • What we care about

We're a small, design-led team.

We care about work that looks considered and gets built properly — not volume.

If you take pride in the details and want ownership over your projects rather than a seat in a drawing factory, you'll fit.
