About the Membership Team:
Our team is passionate, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about Gymbox. They excel at engaging members and signing up new ones with honesty and charm, creating a lively and motivating atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit new members with integrity and enthusiasm
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and customer service
- Handle admin tasks and member inquiries
- Support operational activities to keep clubs in top condition
- Represent Gymbox as an ambassador, embodying our brand values
Candidate Requirements:
No previous experience necessary; training will be provided. Essential qualities include persuasive communication, focus, adaptability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to challenge yourself.
This role involves 40 hours/week, with shifts typically in the mornings, afternoons, evenings, and some weekends. Flexibility to cover early shifts (starting at 5:30 AM) is a plus.
Shift Times:
- MORNING: 9:00 – 18:00
- MIDDLE: 11:00 – 20:00
- LATE: 14:15 – 23:15
- WEEKEND: 07:30 – 20:15
