Role Responsibilities:
- Recruit new members with integrity, honesty, and charm
- Focus on sales targets and revenue generation
- Be knowledgeable about our products and passionate about Gymbox
- Manage admin, leads, and ensure member satisfaction
- Assist with reception and operational tasks to keep our clubs running smoothly
- Represent Gymbox as an ambassador, embodying our brand values
What We’re Looking For:
No prior experience is necessary as we provide training. However, persuasive communication, focus, agility, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are essential.
This role is 40 hours per week over five days, with shifts typically in the mornings, afternoons, evenings, and some weekends. Flexibility to cover early shifts (5:30 AM – 2:30 PM) occasionally is required.
Shift Times:
- MORNING: 9:00 – 18:00
- MIDDLE: 11:00 – 20:00
- LATE: 14:15 – 23:15
- WEEKEND: Between 07:30 and 20:15
