Ready to run one of London’s boldest, busiest gyms? If you’re commercially sharp, people driven and thrive in high energy environments, you might be our next General Manager.
Gymbox isn’t your average gym. With nine clubs across the capital, we’re known for wild classes, top tier kit and a vibe that feels more nightclub than fitness floor. And our GMs are the leaders who make it all happen.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, motivate and develop a high performing team
- Deliver standout member experience and consistently hit KPIs
- Own daily club operations, standards, audits and health & safety
- Drive sales, joiner, revenue and retention performance
- Champion local marketing and bring central campaigns to life
- Manage budgets, staffing hours and club resources
- Keep sharp on promotions, products and new initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- Proven leadership experience in fitness, hospitality or similar
- Strong commercial mindset and track record of hitting KPIs
- Ability to drive service excellence and team development
- Operational confidence and great communication skills
- Resilient, proactive and flexible (mornings/evenings/weekends)
- Passion for the fitness industry
What you’ll get:
