What you'll do:

  • Create an outstanding first impression: welcome every member with energy, confidence, and personality
  • Deliver seamless front‑of‑house operations: check‑ins, bookings, waitlists, and class flow
  • Support both studio concepts with equal attention to detail and brand standards
  • Keep the studio environment sharp, clean, organized, and always on brand
  • Build genuine connections with members: learn names, understand routines, and create loyalty
  • Support instructors before, during, and after class to ensure smooth delivery
  • Anticipate needs and solve issues quickly, confidently, and professionally
  • Promote studio products, memberships, and offers in a natural, engaging way
  • Support peak‑time operations and energy on the studio floor; no standing still
  • Work closely with the Club Manager and wider team to maintain a high‑performance environment
