What you'll do:
- Create an outstanding first impression: welcome every member with energy, confidence, and personality
- Deliver seamless front‑of‑house operations: check‑ins, bookings, waitlists, and class flow
- Support both studio concepts with equal attention to detail and brand standards
- Keep the studio environment sharp, clean, organized, and always on brand
- Build genuine connections with members: learn names, understand routines, and create loyalty
- Support instructors before, during, and after class to ensure smooth delivery
- Anticipate needs and solve issues quickly, confidently, and professionally
- Promote studio products, memberships, and offers in a natural, engaging way
- Support peak‑time operations and energy on the studio floor; no standing still
- Work closely with the Club Manager and wider team to maintain a high‑performance environment
