Responsibilities
- Own responsibility for everything important in the club from commercial, operations and studio product to service, experience and building teams.
- Pour your passion for people development into everyone on your team.
- Become fully versed in all things product, process and brand related.
- Be a full‑time hype‑artist pumping up members, workmates and everyone.
- Be an all‑star ambassador, living and breathing all things Gymbox.
Qualifications
- Well, obviously you need to be an amazing natural leader and have experience in a similar role because our clubs deserve the safest pairs of hands.
- Great communication skills, self‑starting mindset, being up for a challenge and having a positive, can‑do attitude are also absolute musts.
- But that doesn’t mean we can’t start developing skills you never even knew you had. We do love to train.
