YousupporttheClubManagerintheirdailywork.Thismeansthatyouareconcernedwithsales,quality,service,hygiene,andpersonnel.Mostimportantly,youwillmanageandcoachtheteamofhostsonhospitalityskills.Youlifttheteamtoahigherlevelthroughyourdedicationandenthusiasm.
Onadailybasis,youwillbebusywiththefollowingtasks:
- Greetourvisitorswithagenuinesmileandwarmwelcome;
- CoachtheHostteamonhospitality;
- Ensuringthatourcustomersatisfactionremainshigh;
- SupportingtheClubManagerinthedailyoperations;
- Jointlyresponsibleforhandlingquestionsandprovidingservicetoourmembers;
- ProactivelysharinginformationabouttheservicesofUrbanGymGroup(personaltraining,classesetc);
- Responsiblefortheappearanceoftheclub(hygiene,safety,maintenance,workingconditions,etc.);
- Co-responsibleforallpersonnel-relatedtasks;
- Responsibleforseveraladministrativetasks;
- Buildingacommunitywithinyourteam;
- MakingeveryonefeelwelcomeandsafeinsideTrainMore.
