What you’ll be getting up to:
- Recruit new members to Gymbox with integrity, honesty and a sprinkle of charm
- Keep thinking commercially – pursuing targets and revenue
- Be a font of product knowledge and a proudly passionate Gymbox expert
- Stay on top of admin, leads and keeping members happy
- Help out on reception or with operational tasks to keep clubs looking fresh
- Be an all‑star ambassador, living and breathing all things Gymbox
What we’re after:
Prior sales experience not essential, as we like to train. However, persuasive communication skills, focus, agile thinking, a willingness to take on a challenge and a positive attitude are essential. As a heads up, this role is 40 hours / 5 days per week. Shifts are typically Mornings, Middle, Lates and some Weekends; you may be required to cover the early shift (5:30 AM – 2:30 PM) occasionally if operationally required.
Shift Times:
- MORNING: 9:00 – 18:00
- MIDDLE: 11:00 – 20:00
- LATE: 14:15 – 23:15
- WEEKEND: 07:30 – 20:15
