The Role

We’re looking for a Growth Specialist with hands-on experience in the fitness industry, ideally someone who has owned or managed a gym, preferably with a small group training facility background.

You’ll take what you’ve learned in the trenches and use it to help other gym owners avoid common pitfalls, build strong systems, and grow their businesses.

Your role is centered on guiding clients, keeping them accountable, and ensuring they achieve real, measurable results. You’ll act as a coach, mentor, and trusted partner to gym owners who want to scale their impact and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

â—‹ Run weekly coaching and accountability calls with clients.

â—‹ Share real-world advice on sales, retention, and gym operations.

â—‹ Provide written and video follow-ups (Loom, docs) to reinforce action steps.

â—‹ Support clients in implementing their 4-week front-end acquisition systems.

â—‹ Track key metrics (leads, conversions, retention) and hold clients

accountable.

â—‹ Troubleshoot issues and offer proven solutions from your gym experience.

â—Ź Build Relationships

â—‹ Create strong, supportive connections with gym owners.

â—‹ Keep clients engaged and motivated via calls, WhatsApp groups, and

community initiatives.

â—‹ Celebrate wins and reinforce momentum across the client base.

â—‹ Work with the GymGrow leadership team to refine frameworks and coaching

tools.

â—‹ Provide feedback from the field to improve how we support gyms.

â—‹ Report on client progress and challenges weekly.

What We’re Looking For

â—Ź Background in gym ownership or management (experience highly preferred).

â—Ź Solid understanding of gym sales processes, retention strategies, and team

operations.

â—Ź Strong communication and coaching skills (calls, Loom, written updates).

â—Ź Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.

â—Ź Passionate about helping gym owners succeed and grow.
