Are you a confident, motivated instructor with a passion for boxing, martial arts, and strength training? We are a boutique boxing and strength-based gym located in the heart of Esher, and we are looking for a high-quality coach to join our expert team.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Level 3 Personal Training qualification
  • Experience in boxing, Muay Thai, kickboxing, or martial arts coaching
  • Strong communication skills and confidence leading both group sessions and one-to-ones
  • A professional attitude and a passion for helping people improve their fitness
  • Reliability, enthusiasm, and a team-focused mindset

Your Role:

  • Lead engaging small-group and individual training sessions
