📍 Remote (UK) | 💰 £500/month retainer + uncapped commission | 🕒 Flexible hours within UK Office Hours. Position starts officially from 5th Jan 2026. We’re a growing digital agency with a simple goal, to help businesses get noticed online. We build professional websites, deliver SEO campaigns, and offer ongoing website maintenance support.

Now we’re looking for a motivated, money-driven salesperson to help us spread the word and bring in new clients.

We need someone who’s:

  • Motivated by money and results-driven
  • Confident on the phone, not scared of calling or following up
  • Friendly, professional, and good at starting conversations
  • Able to work independently (you’ll be self-employed) which we will look to change for the right person in the future.
  • Keen to learn about our services and share them with business owners
  • Experience of sales position in this sector

You’ll need your own phone and internet connection, plus the energy and attitude to make things happen.

What’s In It For You

  • ÂŁ500 per month retainer (minimum wage equivalent for flexible part-time hours 10-15 hours per week)
  • Uncapped commissions you earn for every sale you close
  • Websites: 20% commission on payment of invoice. 10% on deposit, 10% on completion.
  • SEO: 20% per month of the first 3 months of the project.
  • Maintenance: 20% of the first year’s payments.
  • Realistic earnings of min ÂŁ2,500+ per month, depending on performance, but remember, uncapped commissions.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Reaching out to businesses and introducing our digital services
  • Following up with leads and closing deals
  • Helping us grow awareness of what we do
  • Working with our team to ensure new clients get the best possible service
