We are looking for a Warehouse Shift Manager (Nights) to join our M&S site in Milton Keynes, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering operational excellence across our warehouse operations. In this role, you will lead and develop your team to drive efficiency, quality and cost performance, ensuring all activities are executed to the highest standards. You will take ownership of processes, facilities and best practice deployment, fostering a culture of continuous improvement while maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.

This is a full-time, permanent position, where you’ll be working ‘any 5 from 7’ - 22:00 to 06:00.

  • You’ll be paid a salary of up to £46,588 per annum + shift premium £7662.97.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Lead warehouse operations as a Shift Manager, driving performance, safety, and efficiency.
  • Ensure full H&S compliance while promoting a strong, safety-first culture.
  • Manage, develop, and motivate teams to achieve KPIs and deliver excellent service.
  • Oversee planning, productivity, and customer relationships to exceed expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement, control costs, and create a positive, high-performing environment.
