We are looking for two Warehouse Section Managers to join our M&S site in Thorncliffe. You’ll lead your team to achieve business goals, maximising productivity and efficiency whilst focusing on continuous improvement and colleague wellbeing.

This is a full-time permanent position, where you’ll be working an ‘any 5 from 7’ day shift pattern. The hours of work will rotate weekly between 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00.

Pay, benefits and more:

  • You’ll be paid a salary of £30,000 - £35,000.00 per annum, depending upon experience.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Take full responsibility for the day to day running of the warehouse in your area, you’ll lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve targets.
  • Pro-actively support the site and customer’s continuous improvement initiatives, acting as an advocate on site for cultural change.
  • Promote a creative atmosphere where ideas and improvements can be harnessed.
  • With good understanding of Health & Safety you’ll strive to make sure all operational processes are fully compliant with our policies, while accurately identifying risks and escalating your findings.
