We are looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to join our Dunelm site in Stoke. You’ll be responsible for leading your team to achieve business goals through focusing on continuous improvement and promoting a team-based culture.
This is a full time, permanent position, where you’ll be working an ‘any 5 from 7’ day shift pattern, the hours of work will be 14:00 – 22:00.

- You’ll be paid a salary of up to £30,000 per annum.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Take full responsibility for the day to day running of the warehouse in your area, you’ll lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve targets.
- Pro-actively support the site and customer’s continuous improvement initiatives, acting as an advocate on site for cultural change.
- With good understanding of Health & Safety you’ll strive to make sure all operational processes are fully compliant with our policies, while accurately identifying risks and escalating your findings.
- Effectively communicate with all stakeholders to fully understand our customer and company requirements, incorporating them into all planning and reporting tools, activities and projects.
