This is a full-time, permanent role with a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, working 06:00 to 18:00. Enjoy the benefits of extended time off and a balanced work-life schedule while playing a vital part in our transport operations.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Ensure all staff are properly debriefed and paperwork is accurate and compliant
  • Monitor tachographs to meet legal and regulatory requirements
  • Manage daily queries from drivers, customers, and internal teams with clear communication
  • Keep the stores team updated on any delivery issues or delays
  • Proactively resolve any problems or concerns that arise during your shift

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment is a bonus
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills, especially in Excel and transport management systems
  • A confident communicator who can work well under pressure
  • A proactive approach and a strong team ethic
