GXO are looking for Stock Team Leaders to join our team in Thatcham, working in partnership with a prestigious, high-performance running footwear and apparel brand. You will lead a high performing team of flexible and engaged colleagues, focusing on always delivering operational excellence.
You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working shift patterns Monday to Friday, with some weekend work required, 2pm to 10:30pm.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Plan, co-ordinate, supervise and report upon the work activities of the warehouse operatives, providing effective communication, leadership, succession planning, motivation, training, and development.
- Take ownership of all inventory control activities, ensuring consistently high stock accuracy across the warehouse.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee regular cycle counts, ensuring all are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Track, analyse, and report on inventory discrepancies, stock accuracy, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded and maintained within the WMS system.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Experience in a similar Stock Team Leader role within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Be a natural leader, able to coach others to drive and implement change.
- Experience managing conflicting priorities, with the ability to plan and organise a warehouse operation.
- Strong IT skills, including warehouse systems and Microsoft Office.
