If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we have the opportunity for you! Here at GXO Screwfix, we are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join us at our site in Runcorn. From picking and packing to dispatching orders, you will be involved in all aspects of our warehouse operations.
You will be working on a full time, permanent basis, working 22:00 to 06:00, Sunday to Thursday.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Support the day-to-day warehouse operation by carrying out inbound, outbound and stock control activities using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Pick and pack products accurately for retail delivery orders, handling stock with care and a high level of attention to detail
- Work efficiently and flexibly to meet operational KPIs and targets, both independently and as part of a wider team
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment by following all Safe Systems of Work, Standard Operating Procedures and hygiene requirements
What you’ll need to succeed at GXO:
- Any experience within a warehouse setting is advantageous but NOT essential
- Worked independently and as part of a team to achieve KPI’s and targets effectively
- To understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service
- Worked in a fast-paced environment where a high-volume workload must be achieved
- Can show initiative and provide solutions to their team to work more effectively
