Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for Stock and Systems Administrators to join our team in Daresbury. The person required for this position needs to be self-motivated, committed and flexible at all times to provide an efficient service to the customer. Some manual work within the warehouse will be required whilst undertaking this task. This role does follow a rotating shift pattern from 06:00 till 14:00 and 14:00 till 22:00, Monday to Friday.
Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £27,436.50 per annum and 33 annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- You’ll be responsible for carrying out P.I. checks to maintain accuracy within pick faces/storage locations.
- Identifying and reporting any stock discrepancies, taking appropriate action to investigate, correct and record using WMS and Microsoft Office.
- Dealing with inbound deliveries, ensuring accurate receipt, processing paperwork, recording delivery information, raising any non-conformance issues and ensuring stock is put away accurately and efficiently.
- Order release - rectifying any unpickable stock, pick face and location management to ensure system generated replenishments, amending the priority of orders and despatch routes as required.
- Process inter-site transfer of stock to other sites.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- You’ll be self-motivated, and will have excellent communication skills, you’ll be enthusiastic, fast learning and highly flexible.
- PPT, LLOP or Ride On truck licences would be advantageous but not essential.
- You’ll be PC literate and competent in the use of email and Microsoft Office.
- You’ll be extremely accurate and detail conscious with excellent interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills.
