Here at GXO, we are recruiting for a Rotation Shift Manager to start their new adventure on our Mountain Warehouse site in Peterborough. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional operational performance, ensuring smooth warehouse flow, and leading teams to consistently exceed customer expectations.
This is a full-time permanent position working any 5 out of 7 days with 37.5 hours per week. The role will cover all shifts as and when required.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £39,140.00 and 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Leading, motivating, and developing Team Leaders and warehouse colleagues to achieve daily operational targets
- Managing real-time warehouse performance, ensuring efficient flow of goods in, through, and out of the operation
- Planning and optimising labour requirements based on volumes, forecasts, and shift demands
- Driving strong health & safety practices, compliance, and operational excellence across your team
- Monitoring KPIs and productivity, taking proactive action to resolve issues and improve performance

- Proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with a strong focus on team leadership
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
