If you answered yes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Here at GXO, we’re seeking a dedicated Resource Planning Clerk to join our NHS Supply Chain contract, based in Rugby. In this role, you will support the operations team by ensuring effective resource allocation, training coordination, and performance reporting. Your work will directly contribute to the smooth running of our services and the delivery of high-quality patient care.
This is a full time, permanent position. You will be working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 14:00 till 22:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £28,350.60 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Support operational teams in resourcing effective areas and shifts
- Plan and coordinate training sessions when required
- Initiate and support review processes to improve resource efficiency
- Analyse and interrogate data to identify and resolve anomalies
- Conduct investigations using standard tools and techniques

- Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organisation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for effective planning
