Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Regional Distribution Manager to cover our South West sites of Avonmouth and Willand on behalf of our Costa customer.
As Regional Distribution Manager you will ensure that the Transport and warehouse operations of both Avonmouth and Willand depots always run efficiently and effectively as a 24/7 operation and that all required compliance regulations are always met.
This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working Monday to Friday however, we do ask for flexibility due to it being a regional role.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £56,000.00 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Plan, implement, manage and control all areas of the transport and warehouse operations and associated costs within area of remit, with maximum efficiency to ensure it exceeds customer expectations.
- Create, lead and manage a culture that is focused on maintaining and continuously improving a ‘world class’ Health and Safety standard across the entire operation.
- Ensure National Planning is communicated effectively and delivered across the sites to agreed client KPI’s.
- Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with our customer, communication on all day-to-day operations.

- Previous experience managing a fast-moving transport operation.
- Ability to work under pressure and to a tight deadline.
- Business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Holder of a Full International CPC - Managers.
