What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and motivate a team of supervisors and warehouse operatives to achieve daily operational targets
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service excellence
- Manage shift operations including productivity, health & safety, and customer service standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
- Build strong relationships with the team, clients, and union representatives
- Take ownership of performance management, development, and team engagement
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Proven people management and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of KPIs and operational processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Flexibility to work shifts to meet operational requirements
Desirable:
- 3 years in warehouse/logistics with supervisory or management experience
- Management qualification
