Are you motivated to deliver exceptional training that truly makes a difference? GXO are looking for a Warehouse Trainer to join the Nutmeg site in Leeds. As a Trainer you will provide timely, effective and comprehensive support to the site Leadership team on all tasks relating to operational training. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00. Some flexibility is required with this role.

What you’ll do on a typical day
- Achieve and exceed KPI targets by ensuring a strong pipeline of fully trained, competent DCOs to meet client demand.
- Deliver and record all training activity accurately, ensuring information is accessible to all key site stakeholders.
- Define, deliver, and maintain high-quality operational and legally compliant training for both operative and managerial levels.
- Create and execute structured training plans to meet site requirements, including new starters, cross-training, and ongoing development.
- Provide high-standard training across all operational areas while developing innovative methods to accelerate DCO speed to competency.
- Maintain all training documentation to required standards and act as a coach/mentor to encourage high performance and continuous improvement.
