Here at GXO, we’re looking for a Shift Supervisor (Nights) to support our Nutmeg contract in Leeds. You will be taking charge of the night operations, ensuring everything runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently. You’ll lead by example, support your team, and help us deliver excellence every shift.
This is a full-time, permanent position. You’ll be working Sunday to Thursday, covering the hours of 22:00 till 06:00.
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £32,448 per annum, and 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). Responsibilities:
- Oversee the offloading and quality checking of inbound goods, ensuring accurate documentation
- Identify, report, and escalate any discrepancies or damages
- Ensure correct marshalling of loads, safe equipment use, and strong housekeeping standards
- Support health & safety compliance, including accident reporting and fire‑safety awareness
- Assist with return‑to‑work meetings, employee relations matters, and site engagement initiatives
