Here at GXO, we’re seeking an IT Coordinator to join our Primark Lutterworth site. You’ll provide day-to-day support and coordination of IT systems, equipment and services across our site. Acting as a key link between users, site leadership, and central IT and external providers, you’ll help ensure technology reliably supports operational and business needs in a fast-paced distribution centre.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working on a ‘4 on 4 off’ pattern, covering the hours of 18:00 till 06:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, networks, operating systems and WMS queries
- Coordinate set-up, maintenance and decommissioning of IT equipment including laptops, handhelds and printers
- Manage user access, permissions and onboarding/offboarding in line with security and compliance requirements
- Act as site liaison with central IT teams and third-party suppliers, tracking incidents through to resolution
- Maintain accurate IT asset registers, documentation and handovers while driving continuous improvement
