Are you an experienced inventory professional who thrives on accuracy and control? Do you enjoy leading teams, solving stock discrepancies and driving continuous improvement? Are you confident managing inventory processes within a fast‑paced, high‑volume warehouse environment? Here at GXO, we’re recruiting for an ICQA Lead to support our operation at Avonmouth. This is a full‑time, permanent role, working 3 on / 3 off nights, where you’ll take ownership of all inventory control and stock accuracy activities, leading a team and ensuring operational excellence across the site.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Lead and coordinate all inventory control activities, ensuring high levels of stock accuracy
- Manage cycle counts, stock takes and audits, investigating discrepancies and driving root‑cause resolution
- Lead, motivate and develop stock operatives, setting clear expectations and performance standards
- Ensure accurate system updates and reporting within the Warehouse Management System
- Promote a strong health & safety culture, maintaining a clean, compliant and audit‑ready environment

- Proven experience in inventory control or ICQA within a warehouse environment
- Strong knowledge of stock accuracy, audits and inventory processes
- Experience leading and developing teams in a fast‑paced operation
- Good analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail
