We’re looking for a Planning Administrator to join our GXO operation supporting The Entertainer in Banbury. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Planning Manager, handling data, producing reports and keeping daily planning activity running smoothly across the site.
This is a full‑time, permanent role, working 07:00–15:30, any 5 days from 6 (Monday–Saturday).
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £28,000, and 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company‑sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Support the Planning Manager with administrative and analytical tasks
- Extract, manipulate and input data accurately from a range of systems
- Produce and distribute daily operational reports for GXO and the customer
- Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new and existing processes
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives through reporting and data insights

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Intermediate Excel skills – including VLOOKUP and PivotTables
- Ability to create clear and structured PowerPoint presentations
- A proactive, self‑motivated approach and willingness to learn and develop
