Here at GXO, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our GXO team in Sherburn In Elmet.
This position is responsible for driving operational improvement initiatives across the site, helping to improve performance, efficiency, quality, and consistency.
- Leading continuous improvement activity across site to improve operational performance, service, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Partnering with site leadership and functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and prioritise actions.
- Identifying, implementing and maintaining process improvements on all contracts and throughout the site where applicable.
- Supporting and implementing change initiatives and process improvements.
- Collating and analysing data that will assist the cross functional site teams in identifying performance versus KPI targets.
- Previous experience in a continuous improvement, operational excellence, or process improvement role in a warehouse operations environment is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insight into action.
- Experience of leading cross-functional improvement projects in an operational environment.
- Ability to influence, challenge, and support stakeholders at different levels.
- Implementing Six Sigma/ CI principles, ideally holding black belt qualification

- This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working Monday till Friday business hours, with occasional flexibility required as the site operates 24/7.
- Pay, benefits and more: We're looking to offer a salary of up to £65,000 per annum, depending of experience & qualifications.
