Here at GXO, we're looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our Adidas operation at Marston Gate on the PM shift.
Reporting to the Shift Manager, you'll lead and support a team to achieve operational targets across safety, quality, productivity and customer service. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll create a positive team culture, drive colleague engagement, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the operation. This is a full time, permanent position working Sunday to Thursday 14:00 – 22:00 Pay, benefits and more: We're looking to offer a salary of up to £32,304.00 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day: Lead, motivate and support a team to achieve operational KPI, quality and productivity targets Manage daily workload allocation, resource planning and operational priorities to meet customer requirements Promote a strong health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with site procedures and standards Monitor colleague performance, absence and development, carrying out reviews and supporting ongoing training Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste and improve team performance What you need to succeed at GXO: Previous experience leading or supervising teams within a warehouse, logistics or fast-paced operational environment Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, coach and influence colleagues at all levels A proactive and organised approach with the ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting A positive, flexible and professional attitude with a focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement. and continuous improvement We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
