GXO Logistics in Wellingborough is looking for an experienced Inventory Team Leader to head a busy warehouse team on a 5 out of 7 shift pattern, 18:00–02:00.

You will manage Inventory Clerks, drive stock accuracy and work with the Inventory Manager to maintain precise stock control.

The role requires hands-on leadership, DLX/Red Prairie WMS experience, advanced Excel skills, and a proven ability to balance workload with SLA targets.
