We are currently recruiting for full-time, permanent, Warehouse Operatives to join us at our team in Swindon (SN5), supporting our customer, Iceland Foods. From receiving and storing products to picking, packing, and dispatching orders you will be involved in all aspects of our warehouse operations.
We’re currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join us on an ‘any 5 days out of 7’ pattern, covering the hours of 07:00 to 15:00 and 15:00 to 23:00 on rotating basis.

Freezer Chamber
- An hourly rate of £12.11
- An additional £1.30 per hour freezer allowance
- An additional £3.66 per hour, for hours worked between 19:00 and 23:00

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Our Warehouse Operatives work in the freezer chamber – this is a great way to learn all about our business and how we support the wider supply chain
- Receive, put-away, pick or load goods using a modern wireless warehouse system including a voice picking system as well as driving small LLOP trucks
- Support in the loading and unloading of vehicles
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
