Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for full-time, permanent, Warehouse MHE Operatives to join our Avonmouth team at Panattoni Park, supporting one of our new business wins!
We are currently recruiting for the following shift patterns:
- 3 on 3 off, covering the hours of 06:00 to 18:00
- 3 on 3 off, covering the hours of 18:00 to 06:00
This means that you get, 26 Saturdays, 26 Sundays and 9 weekends off in total giving you a great work life balance! Furthermore, at our Avonmouth site you will be part of a strong team – we can guarantee you will be valued here and far from just a number. As a Warehouse MHE Operative you’ll get:
- 3 on 3 off, £15.26 per hour,covering the hours of 06:00 to 18:00
- 3 on 3 off, £17.55 per hour,covering the hours of 18:00 to 06:00

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Ensure safe operation of MHE adhering to all safety procedures
- Engage in various warehouse activities, including picking and despatching customer orders as well as loading and unloading trailers
- Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures around the warehouse and help promote a culture of this – Safety is one of our core values
- Provide key support to the site and take on any tasks that may be needed to help with the smooth running of the operation

- Certificate of competence to operate MHE preferable but not essential
- Strong focus on safety and accuracy in all tasks, ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
- Flexibility to handle various tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced warehouse environment
