Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Avonmouth, supporting one of our new business wins! You will be responsible for carrying out the clerical functions of the warehouse and operate the computerised elements of the warehouse operational system to ensure the completion of all tasks in line with standards and scheduled requirements.
This is a full time, permanent position, working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern of 06:00 till 18:00.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £28,275.00 per annum and 20 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:
- Ensure all warehouse related documentation is completed correctly
- Investigate stock discrepancies and co-ordinate all PI checks
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested promptly
- Help to ensure we always operate a safe environment in line with company policy
- Ad hoc assistance with unloading vehicles, stock put away, picking, and packing orders, loading vehicles
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous experience in a similar position is preferred and if you have a FLT licence, this would be beneficial!
- An analytical approach, with a keen eye for detail
- The ability to work on own initiative and organise own workload
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
