Here at GXO, were looking for an experienced Department Manager Nights to join our River Island operation in Milton Keynes, where youll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, developing people and driving operational excellence. This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday 05:00 - 13:00

What youll do on a typical day:
- Drive operational performance by monitoring KPIs progress and performance and costs against budget
- Create and maintain a positive team culture and spirit, encouraging involvement from all team members when sharing group, divisional and team information
- Manage the allocation of work on a day-to-day basis ensuring cost, quality and delivery targets are met
- Promote flexibility through skills training and personal development
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Experience of working in a complex, fast-moving logistics/warehouse environment, ideally within eCommerce
