Here at GXONorthamptonwe are recruiting for aWarehouse Operativeto join our team. Working at our equipment management site, where its all about recycling & reuse, for one of the largest supermarket retailers in the UK.You'll play a key role in a busy recycling centre, handling cardboard, plastic, and food waste, as well as supporting the efficient operation of the tray wash process.

Youll be working on afull-time, permanentbasis, on a4 on 4 offshift pattern, covering the hours of06:00 to 18:00.

What youll do on a typical day:

• Load empty trays and buckets onto the wash machine ready for cleaning
• Unload clean trays from the wash machine, stack away and wrap ready for collection
• Ensure a hazard-free zone by guaranteeing that all work areas are kept clean and tidy
• Other warehouse duties depending on operations needs

What you need to succeed at GXO

• MHE licence beneficial but not essential
• A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn something new!
• Willing to work in an environment with lots of repetitive work
